Shipping Policy (Taiwan & Hong Kong)

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to Taiwan and Hong Kong. We do not ship to other countries or regions yet.

Orders are sent by convenience-store pick-up (7-11 賣貨便 / 店到店, and other 超商取貨 services).
Shipping is a flat NT$60 per parcel.
Home delivery (宅配) may be arranged on request for large or high-value orders; fees are quoted case by case.

Orders are sent by SF Express door-to-door to the home or office address you give us in Hong Kong.
Shipping is NT$250 per parcel, charged at checkout, and free on orders of NT$5,000 or more (after discounts).
This fee covers parcels up to 1 kg. For heavier orders (sealed cases, multiple boxes), we will contact you with the extra fee before dispatch.
Hong Kong orders are paid by credit card only, through ECPay's secure payment page. Bank transfer is not available.
We do not ship cash-on-delivery / freight collect (到付).

We do not ship on a fixed daily schedule. Shipping days are announced in advance on our Telegram channel and LINE OpenChat group — follow them for the current dispatch schedule.
Box break cards are pulled, sorted and packed after the relevant break has aired, and go out on the next announced shipping day.
In-stock sealed product, slabs and singles are also sent on the next announced shipping day after payment is confirmed.
Consolidation: if you hold spots in more than one break, you can ask us to hold your cards and ship everything together in a single parcel once your last break has aired.

Bank-transfer orders are only prepared for shipment after we have confirmed the transfer. Please pay promptly and include your order number in the transfer note.

Taiwan: after dispatch, convenience-store parcels typically arrive in 2–4 business days.
Hong Kong: after dispatch, SF parcels typically arrive in 2–5 business days, including customs clearance.
You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Taiwan: convenience-store parcels are held by the store for 7 days. Parcels not collected in time are returned to us, and re-delivery requires a new shipping fee.
Hong Kong: SF will attempt delivery under its usual arrangements. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, repeated failed delivery or refusal, re-delivery requires a new shipping fee; if you choose a refund instead, the original and return shipping costs are deducted.

Hong Kong generally charges no import duty on trading cards, so there is normally nothing extra to pay on delivery. If customs asks for a declaration or inspection, please provide what they need; any charges customs does levy are the recipient's responsibility.

Please double-check your pick-up store or delivery address at checkout (for Hong Kong, include flat/floor, building and street). We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
